1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "apiwin" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the online gaming and sports-betting platform operated under the domain apiwin.cam and all associated services, features, and interfaces.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the apiwin platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player to access apiwin services.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits, bonus credits, and accumulated winnings, less any amounts wagered or withdrawn.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, cashback amounts, or incentive balances credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotional offer, as distinct from real-money deposits.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total betting turnover a Player must generate before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity and address verification process required by apiwin prior to enabling withdrawal functions.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of apiwin is legally restricted or from which apiwin does not accept registrations.
• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond apiwin's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, and acts of war.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the primary transaction currency of the apiwin platform.

2Eligibility

Access to and use of the apiwin platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which apply strictly and without exception:

• You must be a natural person; corporate entities, trusts, and legal persons may not hold Player Accounts.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your legal right to use the platform in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee of apiwin or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by apiwin or by any external responsible-gaming authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party when registering or using the platform.

apiwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend access pending verification. Misrepresentation of eligibility criteria is grounds for permanent account closure and legal action where applicable.

3Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the apiwin platform. The maintenance of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein, including any winnings derived from bets placed across those accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and active mobile telephone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update any details that change.

• Your username and password are personal and confidential. You must not share them with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, unless apiwin has been formally notified of unauthorized access in writing.
• If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify apiwin immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
• apiwin is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a Player sharing account credentials or failing to maintain password confidentiality.
• Account registration implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy in their current form and as amended from time to time.

4Identity Verification (KYC)

apiwin is committed to operating a secure and compliant platform. In furtherance of this commitment, all Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawal functions are activated. apiwin reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time, including prior to processing any deposit or bonus claim.

Documents typically required for KYC verification include:

• Primary identity document: Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP) — photograph must be clear, all four corners visible, expiry date legible.
• Proof of residential address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past three (3) months, showing your full name and residential address as registered on the platform.
• Selfie verification: A photograph of you holding your primary identity document beside your face, taken with the device camera at the time of submission.
• Source of funds (where requested): Documentary evidence of the origin of funds used for deposits, required for high-volume accounts or where enhanced due diligence is triggered.

Failure to complete KYC verification within thirty (30) days of account registration may result in restriction of account functions, including the inability to make deposits or access certain promotional features. apiwin is not responsible for delays in processing caused by incomplete, unclear, or fraudulent document submissions.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

apiwin accepts deposits via the following payment methods, which are subject to change at apiwin's discretion with reasonable notice to Players:

• Indonesian bank transfers: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and Bank Permata.
• Digital e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000. Deposits are processed in real time subject to your bank or e-wallet provider's processing times. apiwin does not accept third-party or anonymous payment instruments. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The destination bank account or e-wallet must be registered in the same legal name as your apiwin Account.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum per-transaction withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000. Maximum daily withdrawal: Rp 100.000.000.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during operational hours (WIB). Processing times may vary during weekends, Indonesian public holidays, and periods of exceptional volume.
• apiwin reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. Players will b e notified via email or live chat if additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the apiwin platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Where a deposit is received in a different currency, apiwin will convert the amount at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt, less any applicable conversion costs. apiwin is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

6Bonuses & Promotions

apiwin offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page and incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions on the apiwin platform:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. apiwin reserves the right to exclude any Player from participating in a specific promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each Player may claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and potential account closure.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balances. Real-money deposits are wagered first unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements at expiry will result in the forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• apiwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Cancellation of a promotion will not affect bonuses already credited to Player Accounts prior to the cancellation.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly, or used as collateral.

7Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the apiwin platform. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled, reversed, or amended after confirmation except where apiwin explicitly provides a cash-out or bet-editing feature and the specific conditions of that feature permit such action.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error, apiwin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. This applies equally to sportsbook markets, live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and all other gaming products.
• Sports betting markets — including bandar bola (bookmaker-style football betting), mix parlay (multi-match accumulator bets), and voor bola (Asian handicap wagering) — are governed by the applicable sport-specific rules. Where an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with those rules.
• Live casino games powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other certified providers are governed by the respective game rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the game outcome will be determined by the game server record, not the Player's local device state.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). All slot titles on the apiwin platform are sourced from licensed providers and are subject to independent third-party fairness audits.
• apiwin reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts, maximum payout amounts, or the number of open bets per Player at any time, with or without prior notice, where this is deemed necessary to manage risk or ensure platform integrity.

8Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the apiwin platform. Violation of any prohibition listed herein constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any third party in evading the single-account rule.
• Using software, algorithms, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting errors, technical faults, or pricing anomalies ("arbing") in a systematic manner designed to generate risk-free profit.
• Colluding with other Players or with platform employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity designed to disguise the origin of funds transacted through the platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with apiwin.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking service to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations.
• Engaging in any form of charge-back fraud, including disputing legitimate transactions with a bank or payment provider after receiving the corresponding platform services.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing apiwin staff through any communication channel.

9Responsible Gaming

apiwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all products and for all Players. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and never become a source of financial or personal harm. The following tools and policies are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when a session exceeds a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the apiwin platform may submit a self-exclusion request via live chat or email. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the apiwin platform — including but not limited to the apiwin brand name, logo, graphical elements, interface design, software, text, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of apiwin or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• Reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or derivative use of any apiwin content without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.
• Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) is subject to the intellectual property rights of those respective studios.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, apiwin expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the platform.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or Force Majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Errors in odds or game outcomes caused by data-feed failures from third-party providers, provided that apiwin takes reasonable steps to correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.
• Any reliance placed on information displayed on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to technical fault.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit apiwin's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12Suspension & Termination

apiwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers.
• Receipt of a charge-back instruction from a payment provider in connection with the Player's Account.
• A Player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring account restriction.

Upon account closure by apiwin for cause, any real-money balance remaining in the Account after deduction of any amounts owed to apiwin (including reversed winnings) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are forfeited in all cases of closure for cause.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting the apiwin support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Voluntary closure does not affect any pending withdrawal requests processed prior to the closure date.

13Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally applicable online gaming regulations and the internal policies of apiwin as an internationally licensed gaming platform. Players acknowledge that the legal landscape governing online gambling varies across jurisdictions and accept sole responsibility for ensuring their compliance with applicable local laws.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through direct communication with apiwin's customer support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. Players retain any statutory rights they may have under applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by contract.

For the avoidance of doubt, apiwin does not represent, warrant, or imply that the use of its services is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Players outside Indonesia who access the platform do so at their own risk and initiative.

14Amendments

apiwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the apiwin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 12 above.

The current version of these Terms is always available at apiwin.cam/terms-conditions and is identified by the Effective Date displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
